EDGAR CAYCE: THE BEAUTIFUL DREAMER  This touching documentary explains how Edgar Cayce (1877-1945), a simple farm boy from Kentucky, became the most phenomenal psychic of the 20th century. The director uses both archival photographs and sepia-toned "home movies" to recreate the many major events in the life of the “sleeping prophet.” Many scenes were shot in the actual locations of their occurrence in both Hopkinsville, Ky., and Virginia Beach, Va. Footage is enhanced throughout with music of the period. Not Rated

Tantalize Your Taste Buds

Restaurant Review

Cafe Minou

By Robin Komie

When walking into Café Minou, the smell of gourmet cooking tackles you to the ground, instantly making you weak in the knees and wanting to order most, if not all of what the Café Minou menu has to offer.Located in the crush of the Lower Town Arts District, Café Minou is known for its creative dishes. Chef Denise Gordon prepares dishes of exceptional quality, freshness and innovation. She blends ingredients and styles from many cultures to create a truly unique dining experience. The prices are reasonable for what you get.

A delicious dessert item

From Asian smoked salmon nachos, to Moroccan veal piccata, your taste buds are bound to burst with an overload of spices. The servers are friendly and make you feel at home, when in fact you are in an artsy restaurant, being cooked for by a professional chef and helped by an abstract painter.

Fusing art and food together, Café Minou is ahead of its class. This is the type of restaurant that you would take your wife or husband to on an anniversary, or for a bite to eat in the middle of an art outing.Click here for more information...
